Fund the Smiles is the annual kick-off for SHS and a great primer for our spring activity and events. Stay tuned for news on a new collaboration with a local organization, as well as the opening of the Spreading Hope and Smiles apparel store and updates on the Spring Rally that will be on Sunday May 18th at PJ Whelihan's in Blue Bell!

We work to financially support organizations who promote the health and well-being of children and their families. We help ensure that impactful programs remain funded so they can continue to provide essential research, education, and services to families and children in need.

Spreading Hope and Smiles is happy to support Today is a Good Day as they provide 500 meals to hospital NICUs in the Philadelphia area and Midwest. Each meal package contains a Thanksgiving feast for four and helps to remind families with little ones in the NICU that they are not alone. We are especially grateful to be invited to help hand deliver 42 meals to Abbington Jefferson hospital!
